I've lived in Garden City since 1998. The city has continuous emergency sirens going off daily. Constantly raising property tax and mil levies. Won't enforce their quality of living ordinances. Won't provide snow removal in residential areas. Unless your children are into sports there is very little for them to do. Multiple feedlots around the area so always a "fragrant smell of money" in the area. If you own a house forget DIY, permits are required for EVERYTHING. Code enforcement is done on a complaint basis and goodluck getting a response.
